Not in love with your Hoekey purchase? Whether the size isn't right, the color isn't what you wanted, or you simply just had a change of mind, we accept all returns in exchange for store credit. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you are happy.

We offer store credit for any swimwear, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The return request has been made to our team at info@hoekey.com within 30 days of placing your order
• The item is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the Hoekey Swimwear tags still attached, in its original garment bag, and without any odors (including perfumes)
• If trying on swimwear, please do so over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if this requirement is unmet. The soiled items will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
Simply email info@hoekey.com within 30 days of placing your order to begin the return process. Once our team has received your email, you will be provided further instructions on how to return your swimwear. You will not be given store credit until we have received the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition and has not been tampered with (read ‘requirements to return an item’ for more information).
The return request must be made to our team at info@hoekey.com within 30 days of placing your order.
Once you have submitted a return request via email, it should take our team 1-2 business days to provide you with further instructions on how to return your swimwear.
You will receive store credit once the item has been returned and we can verify that it meets all the return requirements.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all delivery fees, duties, and taxes.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@hoekey.com and we will do our best to make it right. In your email be sure to provide photos and details regarding the fault or damaged item so that we are able to process your inquiry as quickly as possible. If it is proven that Hoekey Swimwear is at fault for the damaged item, you will be fully refunded the total cost of the item(s).
In the rare occurrence that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@hoekey.com so we can further investigate the problem with our packaging team. All missing item inquiries must be made within 5 business days from receiving your parcel.
