If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it comes back in stock.
Your order is processed immediately after you have completed checkout and have received confirmation. All orders ship within 2-4 business days.
Once you have placed your order, our team works quickly to ensure your order is packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Because of this, you are unable to change or edit orders once your order has been successfully placed. For further questions about cancelling your order contact us at info@hoekey.com
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@hoekeyswimwear.com with your order confirmation number and the new address you wish to have your order shipped to and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer store credit for any swimwear, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The return request has been made to our team at info@hoekey.com within 60 days of placing your order
• The item is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the Hoekey Swimwear tags still attached, in their original garment bag, and without any odours (including perfumes)
• If trying on swimwear, please do so over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if this requirement is unmet. The soiled items will be rejected and return to you at your own expense.

If your package has been lost, please email info@hoekey.com with your order confirmation number and information. All lost packages are dealt with on a case by case basis. We will work with our shipping provider to track your package and ensure it is found and delivered to you.

Once we have shipped your package from our warehouse, you will receive an email from info@hoekey.com with your tracking number. By clicking on the tracking link you will be redirected to one of our shipping provider website, where you can view the details of your packages shipping status.
